Rock/Mineral Info: Quartz is a silicon dioxide and one of the most common minerals on earth.  It is typically found in igneous, sedimentary, and metamorphic rocks.

Metaphysical Properties: Quartz enhances spiritual receptiveness and is said to be the "Master of all healing crystals."  Quartz is a great crystal to transform energies.  

Tumbling Tip: Quartz has a rating of 7 on the Mohs scale. This mix will typically mix well with other hard materials such as agates and jaspers.
