Rock/Mineral Info:  Malachite is a copper carbonate hydroxide mineral. Malachite often results from the weathering of copper ores.

Metaphysical Properties: Malachite is a protection stone and absorbs negative energies. It can also help with depression and anxiety. It is a great stone to be used for both the heart and throat chakra as it brings negative feelings to surface and allows them to flow and resolve so that one may feel at peace.
